Bruce Relishes Welbeck's Talent



Danny Welbeck shone again and helped Sunderland leapfrog Bolton into sixth place .The Manchester United loanee scored the winner in 32nd minute against Owen Coyle's Bolton Wanderers.It was his fifth goal in last sixth matches.In form England U-21 striker forced his way to starting eleven in the presence of quality players like Darren Bent (club's ;eading scorer last year) and record signing Asamoah Gyan .
Steve Bruce didn't hide the huge interest to sign Welbeck on a permanent deal :
 

"He’s a fantastic talent and he’s benefitted from playing regularly. He’s got an infectious enthusiasm about him, he wants to play and train...He’s been terrific for us, Manchester United have got a very good player on their hands...

I always knew that [keeping Welbeck] was going to be a problem, deep down. You never know, Sir Alex Ferguson might get generous in his old age."
